The ADU project turned out amazing and added so much value to the property. The team handled everything from start to finish with professionalism and clear communication, which made the process easy to follow. The layout is thoughtful, the finishes are high quality, and the space feels bright and welcoming. What stood out was how efficiently the crew worked while still paying attention to the small details that make a big difference. Now the ADU feels like a fully functional home of its own, perfect for guests or rental, and it blends beautifully with the rest of the property.

We worked with MDM General Contractor on our ADU project, and the experience was genuinely smooth from start to finish. Michael, our project manager, was incredibly attentive, organized, and easy to communicate with. He kept things moving on schedule and always made sure we felt informed and confident throughout each phase of construction. The quality of the work really speaks for itself. From the foundation to the finishing touches, everything was done with care and attention to detail. What impressed me most was how Michael handled the inevitable little hiccups—he was calm, solution-oriented, and always made sure we were happy with the outcome. If you’re thinking about building an ADU and want a team that’s professional, honest, and delivers high-quality results, I highly recommend MDM General Contractor. Michael made what could’ve been a stressful process feel surprisingly easy.

MDM General Contractor did an excellent job remodeling my bathroom. The team was very professional, kept me updated throughout the process, and worked hard to finish on schedule. They helped me choose materials that matched my style and budget, and the quality of the tile work and fixtures really stands out. The space feels modern, clean, and so much more functional now. My full home remodel with Michael honestly felt like one of those projects you hear other people rave about and hope you get lucky enough to have yourself. Right from the consultation he took the time to understand what we pictured, and he kept bringing up little ideas that somehow made everything look better without changing the vibe we wanted. Throughout the whole remodel he kept checking on things, making sure the team knew exactly what needed to be done and that every room came out clean and well put together. There were a couple surprises along the way, especially when we found some really old wiring behind one of the walls, but Michael explained everything in a simple way and handled it without making it feel like a big crisis. His crew worked hard and you could tell they actually cared about doing things right, which made the whole thing feel a lot easier on us. We couldn’t always be there to keep an eye on the progress since life was busy, but he kept us updated the whole time and never left us wondering what was happening. By the time everything wrapped up, the place felt like a completely new home that still fit us perfectly. The rooms look great, everything functions the way it should, and you can see the care that went into it. Michael’s patience, communication, and problem-solving really made a huge difference, and we’re honestly so happy with how everything turned out.

The full house remodel with Michael as the project manager turned out better than expected. From the start, he walked me through every step of the process, explaining timelines, materials, and design choices so nothing felt overwhelming. The crew was professional, showing up on time and keeping the site organized, which made living in the house during construction much easier than I anticipated. There were a few small delays with deliveries, but Michael kept me updated and made sure everything stayed on track. The quality of work throughout the house from the kitchen and bathrooms to the living areas and bedrooms is impressive. Each room feels modern, functional, and thoughtfully designed, yet still comfortable and personal. Michael’s attention to detail and communication made the whole remodel feel smooth, and the results truly transformed the home into something I’m proud of.

The ADU project with Michael as the project manager was a really positive experience overall. From the beginning, he explained things clearly and helped me understand all the steps, permits, and design options. There were a few times when I felt overwhelmed by decisions, but Michael was patient and walked me through each one without pushing for anything unnecessary. The team worked hard and kept the site organized, which made a big difference since it was in my backyard. The project ran a little over the original timeline, but the results made it worth waiting for. The ADU turned out comfortable, modern, and well-built, and you can tell Michael really takes pride in his work.

Working with MDM General Contractor on our full home remodeling project was an experience I’ll never forget. From the beginning, their team treated the project like it was their own home. Every detail, from the flooring to the lighting, was carefully planned and thoughtfully executed. They helped me choose materials that looked amazing but still fit within my budget, and they were patient with every small change I requested along the way. The transformation was unbelievable. The house feels completely new open, bright, and cohesive from room to room. The craftsmanship really shows in the finishes, and even months later, I still catch myself admiring little details they perfected. The project manager kept everything running smoothly and made sure I was updated at every stage. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend MDM General Contractor to anyone thinking about remodeling their home.
